I’m joined by the incredible Juliet Oliver, a Kiwi engineer turned FemTech founder, who has transformed her battle with stage 4 endometriosis into a global mission to help others.
After 8 years of misdiagnoses and medical gaslighting, Juliet finally cracked her own “endo code,” finding ways to manage her symptoms and rebuild her life. Out of this journey, she created Endo45, a science-backed app that’s now empowering thousands of people with endometriosis to track their health, understand their bodies, and reclaim their power.
Juliet’s story is a powerful reminder that while endometriosis can feel consuming, it does not define us, and with the right support, healing, and self-trust is possible.

The Before You Bloom Podcast is recorded on the lands of the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. I would like to recognise their continuing connection to land, water, and culture and pay my respects to their elders past, present, and emerging, and any Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people listening today.
