Over this time, he championed diversity, serving as a lead ambassador for the firm’s HBCU alliance initiative, which aims to recruit and retain top-tier candidates from Historically Black Colleges and Universities. He is also the co-President of the CBS Black Business Students Association. In this episode, we learn about his passion for music and how that weaves into his career pivot and future goals.
