FULL SEND IN A NEW DIRECTION!
Phew it's been a minute and we apologize for leaving you in the lurch but it will all be worth it (we promise). September has been a whirlwind of a month with all sorts of incredible experiences that we can't wait to share with you.
This episode kicks off Season 3 where we will be expanding our horizons to talk more about training, mindset, health & wellness and nutrition as well as our previous primary focus, body image. We will be sharing all about our experiences as masters athletes, our struggles and triumphs in and out of the gym with the goal of helping you to achieve everything you have set your heart on accomplishing.
We recorded this episode right before throwing down in a masters Crossfit competition so tune in to find out how prepared we felt, the new skills we had to master to complete the workouts and whether or not a new puppy helps with athletic performance ;)
