Hey everyone! This is an episode I've been so excited to release, and I'm so happy to finally share it with all of you! I have been asked how I have started my gym habit, and what I talk about in this episode is how I have gotten into a gym habit! I was one of those people that HATED exercise, but I came to the realization I hadn't found what I liked yet.
