Today, we welcome Becca from Becca's Petites to the show!


Becca started her professional career in retail for Gap Inc, and worked for 15 years in the retail industry. After a major health scare, she made a life decision to take control of her health and live a clean, healthy lifestyle. In 2013, she obtained her holistic health practitioner/coach certification from IIN.


Since then, she’s become super passionate about helping people live a healthier life through her work as a private “chef,” and most recently (past few years) launching her own line of healthy snacks.


In today’s episode Becca shares:

  • Tips on caring for a loved one with cancer and more specifically on how to help provide fuel for those living with such an illness in a clean, health-supporting and promoting way.
  • Advice on staying true to your mission as a clean, nutrient-focused brand that cares about using high-quality great for you ingredients.
  • We also touch on the importance of authenticity in building a brand.
  • And advice for solo entrepreneurs and those who might be wanting to start out on a new business adventure
  • She also shares all about Becca’s Petites — which are basically grain-less granola mixes that are extremely clean and extremely flavorful!
