In this episode, I discuss confronting fears and how projection is a reflection of your greatest fears. As usual, I spoke gratitude and appreciation for all the new listeners and supporters! As I've said, in this episode, we talk about how last week I dealt with a lot of anxiety, gave a life update to show transparency, and was even consumed by fear to the point where I could not face the harsh realities in front of me. I talked about what happens when you don't face your fears, projection is a reflection of your fears and judgments, and how to move foward by facing your fears head-on by reminding yourself you are more than your fears along with other tips. At the end of the day, we are human beings fear is a part of our lives, but we don't have to allow it to consume us, because there is more to life than fear, we can truly enjoy our lives and live our truths authentically.
