Hey friends,

Happy 6 months healing journey to me.. if you've been here since the beginning - I want to thank you for loving me. As some of you will know, in January I left a beautiful 10 year relationship with my fiancé and started a solo journey to Becoming HER in my 30s.

This episode is VERY personal and was actually recorded for my beautiful friend Christy's podcast Love & Serve.. but I thought it was important to also share it here, with all of you.

In this episode I look back at the last 6 months of growth, healing, and share some pretty intimate details of what happened during that decade of my life. I hope you learn something from this, you get to know me a little better and know that everything I say in this podcast is to impact others. I hope you hear me share with love and respect for an amazing 10 years, but I am so excited for the next.
