
I think a lot of people hear 'nutrition coach' and think "why would I pay someone to tell me what to eat?" Or they think "OMG just tell me what to eat! That's what I need!" But truly, the job as a nutrition coach isn’t to tell you what to eat - clearly you know how to do that already because you're alive - the job of a nutrition coach is much more nuanced and much more involved.
