The Only 3 Things You Can Control

There is so much we CAN'T control while we're working towards our goals - life still happens, the scale will be up & down for a million different reasons, we'll have to deal with food pushers and those who might question our choices. But at the end of the day, there are three major things we CAN control and in today's episode I'm sharing exactly what those are.


If you’re wanting to lose pounds and inches, but don't want to count/track/obsess your way there, and you have a high priority to drop the all or nothing mindset and food obsession, my next round of 1:1 coaching is beginning on Monday, May 15th. You can get all the details on the program here.
