Loss is a shared, common human experience. But it's hard and uncomfortable, and we're often left unsure of what to say or do when someone we love is grieving a loss. I've been the receiving end of incredible love and encouragement in my grief, and I've also received some extremely unhelpful words. In this episode, I'm sharing my tips for accompanying people in grief, including things to say (and not to say), things to remember, and things to do.
