I had to break the cycle of surviving.

In this episode, I talk about what it really means to make space for peace—even when survival has been your default. I share how lotion became part of my softness routine (yes, lotion 👀), why rest used to make me feel guilty, and how God had to show me: I don’t have to be everything to everybody.
