You can miss them and still move on: You genuinely miss the feeling and not the person

Sometimes it really hits you out of nowhere, that urge to reach out.

You miss them. You miss the laughs, their touch, the connection, the “what could have been.” But missing them does not mean you need to go back.

In this episode, I talk about how it is okay to miss someone and to feel nostalgic for the moments you had but not necessarily the person. You can sit in that feeling, write the message, even cry a little but do not send it or try to reach out. Because remember that, you left for a reason.

This episode is a reminder that growth does not mean you never look back, it means you remember your worth, even when you do.

Tune in and do not forget to follow me on Instagram and TikTok for my weekly updates!
