This episode is a really fun, real conversation with my friends Tiffany and Cynthia from Uncomplicated Faith! We talked about how they started their beautiful company that encourages women to pray for each other new ways. This conversation was all over the place in the best ways, from parenting to the ways the Lord moves, and everything in between. I hope this episode blesses you as much as it blessed me!

In this episode, I had a really life-giving conversation with Kathy Bolen. She is a mom of three and grandmother of one. She adopted two children and birthed one. We talked about the wisdom and insight she has on the other side of parenting, as an empty nester, finding herself and recalibrating her marriage. It was so refreshing to talk to someone about adoption who isn't in the thick of it, anymore.

In this interview, I talk to Rajalique McCowin about kinship adoption, and the trauma and healing that came through adopting her brother when she was 19. This episode is split into two parts, because we covered so many different aspects of the process, her story, and all the ways the Lord moved in it. In this episode, I interviewed Katie Brown, adoptive mom and travel guru, about her family's journey to, and through, adoption. We had a beautiful conversation about how adoption transforms what you believe about God, and how it changes the way we trust Him. Listen now to get insight into what the process looked like practically, emotionally, and spiritually for her!

This episode is with Joy Henderson, a mom of five, two biological and three adopted. This conversation was so life-giving and encouraging! We talked about some of the emotional aspects of being an adoptive parent, as well as some of the more practical things that can help you get started, if you've been considering and don't know where to start. In this episode, we talk about how different each states rules are, so I am including a link that gives more guidelines on that, as well. adoptioncounsel.org/resources-and-training/important-adoption-laws
This episode is the first in a series about adoption. I interviewed Sherry Cates, who was adopted at birth, all about how the Lord worked in her story. We talked about how the goodness of the Lord and the love of her adoptive family allowed her to have an identity outside of adoption and to grow in confidence. She is such a gem and I cannot wait for you to hear this amazing conversation!

This episode is the recording from a message I preached at our young adults ministry service on April 11, 2023. It was the first time I ever spoke from a stage in this capacity, and I was completely blown away and honored by how the Holy Spirit moved and spoke for me.
The song that led into this message was "We Crown You" by Jeremy Riddle.
This episode is a conversation with the sweetest, friend, Betsy. We talk about her family healing and finding redemption in her marriage after having 4 kids within a 5 year time span. We talk about how God moved when her husband started having a problem with alcohol and how that redemption and healing led to her homeschooling all of her children.
The verse we talk about towards the end is Isaiah 40:11, in case you'd like to have that reference.
How many times have I said I needed to fix something and didn't pray about it first? Probably 95% of any time, ever. This episode is a challenge to remember that when you ask Him to take of things, the pressure is off for you to make things happen. Proverbs 3:5-6 says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight."
This episode is a conversation with one of my best friends, Chelsea Solem, about God's faithfulness. We talk about how easy it is to forget all the things He has done when we are waiting for the next thing. Chelsea talks about how God was present when she almost died during childbirth and how evident He was during the adoption process for her second son.
