Today I am so thrilled for you to meet Ruby Hammer MBE. Now one of the world’s most recognised make-up authorities, she has been a make-up artist for over 25 years and was one half of the iconic Ruby and Millie make-up brand.

I only met Ruby for the first time before Christmas and I just fell in love with her straight away! Her stories are fascinating and I wanted you to hear a little bit of everything. From the chance encounter that led her to launch Aveda to the UK, to the importance of finding balance and finding value in our lives, Ruby shares it all today.
