Why did your clients choose you to be their esthetician?

You may think you know the answer and say things like:

• because I provide great service
• because I get them results
• because I care

But, did you ever ACTUALLY ASK them straight up? This is one of the most critical pieces of information you need to know why clients are choosing you, so you can do MORE OF THAT! But how can you know if you don't ask???
