In this episode, we explore the journey of SAGS Coffee, situated in the St Nicholas GAA grounds in Drogheda, County Louth, and the couple behind it, Sarahann and Gary. 


The coffee shop, born out of a simple idea during the pandemic, has become a thriving community hub. From humble beginnings in a small horse box, SAGS Coffee has expanded its menu and created a welcoming atmosphere, fostering a strong sense of community.


The shop (& pair’s) resilience was demonstrated when local patrons rallied to support them after a fire, and is a testimony to their community spirit, and the love of a good brew.
