How Much Is Enough?

Exercise is great for staying in shape and maintaining your health physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The problem is as we get older we are never sure of the volume, or the intensity of the exercise and we can over or underdue our routine leaving us either exhausted or frustrated. Well take heart in this episode of consistently fit I outline a a short program for you. This works and if you follow it you will be simply fit.
