This podcast is a passion project that combines a number of my interests - podcasts, animal behaviour and conservation. I am fascinated by ethology and behavioural ecology, and it was recently brought to my attention that understanding the behaviour of wildlife is an important part of ensuring their survival in our changing climate. This podcast aims to encourage a hopeful, active attitude towards wildlife conservation and provide some interesting biology tidbits. Hosted by Bethany Hope Gargett (she/her).

002 - Climate change from a geoscience perspective with GlacierGalYas

If you have no idea what geoscience is (or if you can’t get enough of it) then this is the episode for you. In this episode Yasmin Cole, also known as GlacierGalYas, shares how she became interested in geoscience/Earth science, explains some lesser known implications of climate change, explores some past climatic changes and suggests things we can do to lessen our impact on the environment. Yas shares so much interesting information in this interview, I hope you learn something new (or many new things like I did!) Follow Yasmin Cole on Instagram and Twitter @GlacierGalYas. Be Hope Wildlife is created by Bethany Hope Gargett (she/her).
