Blessings. So, how many of you would have gotten fired for sleeping on the job? How many of you are sleeping on the job now? That is precisely what is going on in the church. Sleeping, just snoring away. Sleep with bonnets on—the whole pajama sets on. Wake up, church!!
In the book of
Romans 13:11-12 And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now, is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent; the day is at hand: let us, therefore, cast off the works of darkness and let us put on the armor of light.
Then it tells us in Isaiah 56:10 that His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber.
Church, wake up. Stop loving sleep until death
