
This episode addresses some off the stigma found in the coaching world. Have you Ever heard a response from a coach that sounds something like, "Well thats just a thought." Denita and I address this here in this episode. Although there is truth to this statement, we like to offer that thoughts create feelings when we are living in our window of tolerance. Most of us don't live in this place.
