In this episode, we have a special "Father's Day" edition with the Pleasant family. Coach Garth Pleasant is a legendary Hall of Fame retired coach from Rochester Christian University. Joining Coach Pleasant are his two sons, Klint and John. Klint is the current coach at Rochester Christian University, and John is the former head coach at Rochester High School and currently coaching his son as an assistant at Rochester High School.

We discuss the positives that coaching can have on family life and how to reach a healthy balance between the demands of coaching and being present for your spouse and children. This podcast is recommended for all coaches and leaders.
