Full Spectrum Dustin Lawrance Shisler (AKA Dj Full Spectrum) fell in love with music at an early age, getting his first drum set at the age of 2. Dustin began playing guitar & piano when he was 8 years old, and continued so for several years, and eventually traded in his guitar for a set of drums. After drumming and falling in love with beats for several years, at the age of 17 he sold his drums for a pair of turntables, and a 2 channel mixer. He spun hip-hop and produced tracks under several alias for a few years, until he went to go see dj Q-bert Spin on 4 decks at 'The Warehouse' in Toronto, October 1998. After dj Q-bert finished up, Dustin explored the other rooms at the venue, where he heard Drum & bass/Jungle for the first time...He was instantly hooked. With several years under his belt as a raver & dj/performer dj Full Spectrum teamed up with childhood friend Energizer Mc in 2002 to create a drum & bass duo Alpha Flight Krew (AFK) Since then, Full Spectrum has been making people dance in both Canada and the USA with his wide range of tune selection, incredible mixing, and uncanny ability to read the crowd. Becoming well known for his high energy performances, he's played alongside some heavy hitters such as Aphrodite, Jumpin' Jack Frost, Kenny Ken, Dieselboy, AK1200 & Dj Dara & dj Profile At Buffalo Drum N Bass Parties. In June 2013, he won the BNE Event Services HEAVY/LUST competition, and with his recent move to Toronto, he's now hustling hard to make a name for himself in the city he loves and now calls home.
