How Baseball and Sports are Failing to Develop Athletes on Baseball Opps with TopV
In this episode, I interview my mentor and strength coach who saved and helped me build my professional baseball career post rotator cuff surgery, Kurt Hester. Kurt Hester is the head strength and conditioning coach at Louisiana Tech and helped build the legacy of LSU baseball from the 1990s. He talks about his new book coming out and his latest invention to protect baseball players arms. We get into the truth about the poor education of player development and what needs to change to protect athletes from poor coaches.
