We had some questions which where voted on in the Discussion group that I answer here.

These are some pretty good questions and there is some meat behind them.
I provide a pretty descriptive overview of how training occurs, how we go from nothing to something. Starting with learning to build a motivated dog through to the completion of a trained dog...and how to keep them being a trained dog.
