30: 2023 ENERGY BABYYYY!! PART DOS

Are you sick of hearing about New Year's resolutions yet??  Everyone else's AND you're own???  WELL TOO BAD!  'Cause the gals are back again with part dos, deux, duo, two, whatever you want to call it.  They're in it for the long haul, and this week it's Kath's turn to share what's on the docket for the upcoming year.  She has three goals she'll be working towards, kicking it off with the deeply personal goal to connect more with her intuition.  Why you ask?  To prevent psychos from slipping into her life of course!!  Joking joking, but in all seriousness, she is working HARD to strengthen her inner voice when dealing with new and existing people in her life.  If she doesn't like the way someone treats her, or catches an "off" vibe, well there's no need to question her voice, or analyze why it's happening, she's gonna trust what her GUT is telling her!!  Then be confident in deciding how that person fits in her life moving forward.  And then goals #2 & #3 is what everyone wants... better sleep and more patience!  Tune in for Kath's tips of how she's going to achieve both!  And grab a mimosa while you're at it for the ultimate girlfriend therapy!
