Originally from Tuscany, Giacomo Giannotti set up Paradiso in Barcelona, the number one bar in The World’s 50 Best Bars, in 2015. In 2020, he opened his second cocktail bar, Galileo, as well as beginning his sustainability project, Paradiso Lab to bring new innovation to the sustainability category.
