This is our second Tasting Panel on the Banter Barrels where our panel go through a tasting on each of them and make a plan on what to do with them.

So we have the same crew together for this Barrel, Leigh Attwood from Backwoods, Dean Druce from Corowa Distilling Co and John Carberry from Murray River Cooperage.

This particular barrel we are loving how it is maturing and we cannot wait to share it with you all.
