In today’s episode we tackle unsupportive people when it comes to making changes and shifting in your life.

We start to make new goals, create some new shifts in our lives but what happens when we are working hard to make those shifts but the people around us are not just indifferent but actively unsupportive of the positive shifts we want to make? How do we recognize whether the relationship is even worth it? Then if it is, how do we broach the subject of support, especially if we are an introvert or already having a tough time making the change?

We touch on becoming aware, tracking your energy and so much more to make sure you know exactly where to go with your goals if you aren’t getting the support you need from the people around you.
