We have mentioned in previous podcasts that we have both been insecure about our bodies in the past and this week we really dig deep into some of the roots of our body insecurities!
We touch on everything from family insecurity to people’s words (as early as elementary school) cutting deep and sticking with us. We even call some people out so it’s a juicy one.
