Welcome back to Balanced... Basically.

In today’s episode we talk about something we get asked about alllllll the time - “is it really unhealthy to eat late at night?”

We do a bit of catching up in the beginning of this episode so skip ahead to the 11:06 mark if you want to just get into today’s topic of midnight snacks.

We start off real dramatic …. Letting you know that late night eating is our thing and no on is going to tell us otherwise. 

Then we move on to talking about how you are an individual and just because it works for us doesn’t mean it’ll work for others. As usual there are season of life and sometimes we need to be working 12 hour days and therefore need to finish our meals late night. 

Throughout the pod we answer questions like what are the benefits of eating late at night, does eating late cause belly fat, should you go to bed hungry and so much more.
