Hey Queen,

Welcome back to Balanced... Basically.

In today’s episode we tackle alllll of the fitness gadgets we have tried/ want to try/ think are a waste of time and money etc.

We do a bit of catching up in the beginning of this episode so skip ahead to the 5:20 mark if you want to just get into today’s topic of reviewing fitness and wellness gadgets.

During today’s talk we touch on all of the major devices we have tried and some that we have seen that we haven’t but want to or think are just plain ridiculous.

We start out talking about red light therapy, spoiler alert we both loveeeeeeee it, move onto things like the theragun, microneedling, morpheus8, ab rollers and more. Then we end off with a sort of rapid fire of what we think of the latest trending gadgets.
