Welcome back to Balanced... Basically.

We’re back today with another shorty. They’re our no fluff step by step 30ish min episodes (that means no catch up in the beginning) which tackle some of your biggest questions. 

Today we take on one we get asked often… how to train abs.

We touch on all the things 6 pack in this episode. Should you do planks and sit ups, why your abs may not be visible, reasons you should train your abs other than a 6 pack, how much of a component nutrition is and so much more.

At the end of the day you probably know both of us are big fans of training the ab and core muscles because they have so many carry over benefits but being all consumed with getting a six pack ain’t really what we’re here for since we are balanced… basically.
