We are so excited to have Mary Ochsner on with us today to talk about all things balance!

She is an entrepreneur and yoga + breathwork teacher. She is the founder of the app Yoga+ by Mary that has helped thousands of yogis start and maintain a home yoga practice and a new mom navigating the mix of business and motherhood.

She shares yoga tutorials for beginners to help you get started in your yoga practice and has grown her audience to over 300K.

Today we chat with Mary about business and how it had to shift as she became a mother and what she found challenging about it. She also opens up about the the struggle of loosing followers as she evolved who may not have been her people and shares her tips for pre and postnatal yoga to keep you in your body throughout the changing time.
