Welcome back to Balanced... Basically.

In today’s episode we tackle growth mindset vs fixed mindset and everything that comes with evaluating yourself.

During today’s talk we touch on so many different aspects of mindset weather that’s from a goal getter perspective, an alignment perspective, we talk about areas we have a fixed mindset in and we are working on developing a growth mindset and we give you some tools on how to seek out where you are lacking a growth mindset and start to cultivate an open mindset.

One of the biggest things we mention is the power of yet and how that can be transformative in our self talk but there’s loads of other tips and ah-ha moments throughout the 45 min.
