In today’s episode we tackle sleep.

Reminder, we do a little bit of catching up in the beginning of each episode so skip ahead to the 9:50 mark if you want to just hear about sleep.

We’ve all struggled with insomnia from time to time so we thought a pod about tackling sleep habits would be the ideal way to share some of the things that have worked for us learning to listen to our bodies in the process of helping our sleep.

We start talking about what our sleep schedules look like and they are wildly different. Bailey wakes up early but enjoys a power nap while Suncana goes with what her body wants and lets herself sleep in.

As usual we go into the tips and tricks of cleaning up our sleep habits and natural sleep aids we use to fall asleep every night, we compiled them in the sleep workbook here so don’t forget to grab it.
