Episode #262: This week on Balance Your Life podcast I am joined by Becca Chilczenkowski. Becca is a Board-Certified Functional Practitioner and Hormone Specialist. She is the Founder/Co-Owner of FitMom, a leading functional practice helping women heal from chronic health struggles. She is also a wife, mom of two, recovering exercise addict, stress addict, and her mission is to help women avoid the struggles she endured for so long. Years of hormone imbalances, uncontrollable weight gain, constipation, bloating, and never getting answers or proper diagnoses from doctors. Becca wants to create as many informed consumers, and healthy, happy mid-life women as possible.  

 

On this episode we talk about metabolic and hormonehealth, as well as underlying issues that may not be being addressed by a typical physician. We talk about why weight loss can be a struggle for so many women, autoimmune disorders, the postpartum period many women experience and how hormones play a roll, supplements that are non-negotiable, and so much more.
