Much has been changing. Our routines, our world, our stress, and chances are our bodies. 

But long before 2020 began, how was our relationship with our own bodies? Did we speak to it as a best friend? Did we show ourselves self love? It is a space many of us struggle with. Today, Sarah Herman, a dear friend and creator behind Starving to Strong, engages in conversation. She shares with us her own journey of living with an eating disorder, and continuing to grow in her connection to her body everyday.
