In this episode you will learn how to think and plan your summer in order to improve as a badminton player. We go through three stages of the training which emphasizes building a foundation, adressing weaknesses and getting primed for the season ahead. Also, some insight into diet and mobility are shared. In the coming episodes I will talk a bit more in depth about each stage and the different things you might want more clarification on.
