In this week's episode of Badminton Science Podcast, I give my 5 steps for faster recovery. It's not just about physically recovery, but mental recovery as well. Many times we see more fit and even better players lose to inferior opposition due to mental exhaustion. Sometimes it is the physical exhaustion that is the problem.
