He is a leading advocate in the fight for individual choice regarding medical interventions, especially in the education sector, and has led legal and public campaigns against COVID-19 mandates in New York City. In 2021, Teachers for Choice sued the NYC Department of Education and won a court-ordered stipulation pertaining to in-school COVID testing and privacy rights.
