Zo goes on a trip to experience the quiet desert lifestyle in the Midwest. In a small town he hears strange rumors of men perched on the edge of buildings like birds, a dead body of a hermaphroditic man with no eyes, and a little girl who draws pictures of impaled men. The vibe of this place is all off, and Zo finds himself uneasy and unsettled. The least credible rumor of all is that there is a war in hoven ven and that the war had spilled on to Earth.
