Back 2 Life is a` podcast about healing and creativity within the world of electronic music. Our purpose is to to demystify, de-stigmitaise and shine a light on the healing process, whether you’re recovering from mental illness, addiction, burn out, greif, trauma... and whatever path you're on. It feels like as a community we’re thinking more about how we can better look after each other and ourselves, which is a wonderful thing.
My guest today is Nadia Anderson, one half of Kiara Scuro (alongside Roise Ama) a DJ and production duo currently taking the world by storm with their eclectic selections and impeccable taste. Outside of Kiara Scuro Nadia is a holistic coach working mainly with women in the creative industries to live more fully and healthily, both mentally and physically. Nadia speaks about the experience of burn out that lead to her pursuing a different more balanced and conscious lifestyle and the challenges of integrating these two paths. She also has ADHD something we have in common snd also talk about in this episode particulary in relation to perfectionism, shame but also the creative gifts of neurodivergence.
