Last month she wrote an article in the Wall Street Journal titled ‘Violence Threatens Black Lives’, and was also featured on Fox Business discussing the Black Lives Matter Movement.
She is passionate about serving economically challenged communites, and that is where she began her work in healthcare.
Last month she also had a video that went viral, where she challenged the BLM movement and protesters, and said "I am not oppressed, I am Black!" For which she has received a lot of praise and criticism.
