Biju Dominic Chief Evangelist of Fractal & Chairman of FinalMile Consulting Biju is the Chief Evangelist of Fractal and Chairman of FinalMile Consulting. At Fractal, he is playing the new game that is emerging at the intersection of human and machine intelligence. He is driven by the belief that the more we understand the inscrutable algorithm in our brains, the better will be the technology we develop for our machines. In the first 18 years of his career, while working with various advertising agencies, he had a traditional approach to dealing with human behavior. His dissatisfaction with this traditional paradigm led him to co-found FinalMile Consulting in 2007. Combining learning from Neuroscience, Behavioral Economics, and Design pioneered the practice of Behavior Architecture. He is a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum, and an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources Development from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
