After a few short years, others began to recognize Rick’s ability to take leadership and make change happen. Rick began working his way up the ranks within education, advancing from roles as an Assistant Principal to a Principal and then to a superintendent. At every level, Rick saw things that needed improvement and wanted to influence more change. During this time Rick started The Path Forward podcast, a show where he sits down with those embedded in education to discuss the challenges they're facing and potential solutions.
