From a young age, Tim watched his father operate a lumber yard and hardware store - observing contractors and tradesmen at work - a theme that would last throughout his career. His first official job was working in his brother's kitchen and bathroom remodeling business, learning all disciplines from plumbing to electrical. As his career advanced he thrived in two positions managing networks of hundreds to thousands of contractors and inspectors. Eventually, Tim found the right niche that would scratch his itch to start his own business. In 2017, Tim founded Level 1 Property Solutions a company that provides holistic remodeling and renovation services to property managers and investors.
