Today's episode is a powerful and incredible conversation I had over a year ago now but is still very heavily relevant. This is a very real and raw episode. Triggers may happen as we dive deep into our pain points, the shift into alignment, the studying of ourselves, our ego deaths, loving ourselves deeper and much more.
Also, FYI real life, mom life was very much going on and my daughter did interrupt us quite a few times and Stefanos was wonderful and conscious to give me so much grace.
