
Anna shares her definition of "healing" based on her own experience as well as what she's learned as a trauma healing coaching and practitioner of mind/body therapy. She also shares her unique healing journey to bring awareness to the areas where people may feel stuck. Mindset and intellectual knowledge is often the focus of western therapies, OR, there's the spiritual bypass. Although these approaches are helpful, it may not result in shifting the way one feels and shows up in life, especially when there's trauma involved. And hint, living in this culture, we all have trauma.
