The Adam Project (2022) Movie Review

The Adam Project is a fun, action-packed, time travel movie. Ryan Reynolds stars as Adam from the year 2050 while Walker Scobell (who will star as Percy Jackson in Disney+’s upcoming series) plays his younger self in the year 2022. It also features Zoe Saldaña., Mark Ruffalo, Jennifer Garner, and Catherine Keener.

What I loved most about this movie, however, wasn’t the comic interplay between Reynolds and Scobell, or the fun fight scenes. My favorite part was the touching emotional moments that come towards the end of the movie, when it changes tone from a time travel action movie to a movie that deals with regret, human connection, and family relations.
