We’ll discuss about what it takes to be the manager everyone would like to have, the basis of effective communication, managing difficult conversations and the gentle art of giving and receiving feedback. We'll also get an overview of how the workshop will actually work and what we are gonna get out of it - our goal is always to provide some tools and ideas you can start implementing in your work from day one after the workshop.
All of this in pure Small Talk fashion - You’re encouraged to be part of the conversation and ask questions during the live streaming through the chat provided by YouTube.
